社名であるディライト（DELIGHT）は、喜びや楽しさを表すことばです。
様々な仕事を進めるにあたり我々のクライアント様の多くは、まず売上や知名度などの向上を目標にされます。しかし本当の目標はそこにはありません、そのクライアント様がサービスを届けたい、たった一人のお客様の満足こそ我々が求めるもの。知名度や売上は、その想いに応えて必ず後からついてきます。
そんな人生を楽しくさせるアイデアとサービスの提供について考え、それを形にしていくことが我々の務めです。
会社の設立と同時に「Always&U(You)」というテーマを掲げました。意味は“いつも、あなたのそばにいます“、といったところでしょうか。
私たちはデザインの専門家ですが、ひとつのデザインを作り上げることは簡単ではありません。それは、デザインが我々のものではなく、あなたのものだからです。
仕事を始めるにあたって、いつも最初にお伝えしていることがあります。

代表取締役 岩口清吾（デザイナー／アートディレクター）
1977年 滋賀県旧東浅井郡生まれ。
高校卒業後、専門学校にて編集デザイン学ぶ傍らインターンで編集プロダクションに勤め、19歳からデザイナーとしてのキャリアをスタート。
卒業と同時にフリーランスとして活動を始め、師の紹介により旅行代理店の季刊誌や公共交通機関の月刊誌の編集デザインを担当。
それから約3年の会社勤務を経て独立。ディライトの前身となる『DELIGHT design studio.』を起業。
デザイナー兼ディレクターとして様々な経験を積み、2015年8月に『株式会社ディライト』を設立、現在に至る。
